Return your order
In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be completed following conditions:
1. The product must be unused.
2. The product must be returned in the original in his shoe box and
all accessories must be included, as well as the one attached to the shoe Sneak 'Verification' tag still in place.
Our customer service will answer you within a business day and tell you the details of the return process.
If your order includes free shipping, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the return refund.
Please note that all pre-orders are binding and have no right of return . This is because the order is personal and tailored just for you!
