How you earn points
Points are calculated on what you pay for products after discounts. Shipping and gift cards don't earn points. Points show up straight away as pending and are confirmed once your order is delivered and the 14-day return period has ended. A cancelled order doesn't earn points.
Example: sneakers for €189 earn 189 points as a Member, 236 as Silver and 283 as Gold. Points are rounded down.

Tiers
Your tier depends on the points you've earned in the last 12 months. It decides how many points you earn on each order.

To reach VIP you need 2 000 points from purchases in the last 12 months. Only base points count, not bonuses or tier multipliers, and only confirmed ones. VIP gets 10% off every order and has orders packed first, for as long as you stay VIP.
Use your points

A code works once, only with your account, and is valid for 6 months. It can be used with bundle deals but not with other discount codes. Points for a code that expires unused are not refunded.
You can also spend 250 points to have one order packed first.
Where to see your points
Log in to your customer account with your email and a one-time code. No password needed. There you see your balance, your tier and which points are about to expire, and you swap points for codes. Order with the email you log in with and your orders count.
Questions
Do points expire?
Yes. Each point expires 12 months after it was confirmed, oldest first. Points about to expire are shown in your account well in advance.
What happens to my points if I return something?
If an order is refunded before its points are confirmed, you get fewer points. If it is refunded later, the points come off your balance. It can briefly go below zero and evens out with the points you earn next. A discount code you have already used is never taken back.
Do my earlier orders count?
Yes. Orders you have made with us before also earn points, and each point gets a full 12 months once it is confirmed.
Can I get cash for my points?
No. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Order with the same email you log in with and your points are collected on it.
