What we inspect

Every product is compared against the genuine article, detail by detail. These are the areas we always go through.

    Materials and prints

    Leather, textiles, plastics and prints must match the genuine article in feel, build and finish.

    Seams and construction

    Stitching, glue lines, mouldings and joints are checked across the whole product.

    Packaging and labels

    Box, sleeve or blister, its label, codes and seals are compared to the product itself.

    Accessories

    Spare laces, hang tags, bags, cards and inserts that belong to the product are present and correct.

    Size and product markings

    Inner labels, size markings, serials and batch codes match each other and what you ordered.

    Did it pass?

    Then it gets the Sneak Verified tag and goes to packing. A product that fails never reaches you.

Three checks before a product ships to you

    Vetted suppliers

    We only buy from European suppliers we have vetted before the first order. Each one commits by contract to supplying genuine products only.

    Our own inspection in Finland

    When a product reaches our warehouse we go through it point by point and compare it with a genuine reference. The same inspection applies to shoes, clothing and collectibles.

  3. 03

    The Sneak Verified tag

    Only a product that passes gets the tag. We attach it before packing, so the moment you open the parcel you can see the product has been inspected.

Your proof that we have inspected the product

Every product we ship carries one Sneak Verified tag. On sneakers it is attached to one of the shoes. It shows the product has been inspected and shipped by our team, and on a return it confirms the product is the same one we sent you.

  • The tag stays on the productTry the product on with the tag attached. Remove it only once you are sure you are keeping the product.
  • Returns need the tag attachedA return or exchange is accepted only when the Sneak Verified tag is still attached to the product.
  • Tag removed: return refusedIf the tag has been removed, we cannot verify the product and the return request is declined.
