When will a pre-order arrive?
Pre-orders take about 5–15 business days. Rare or older products can take longer. You get automatic email updates as the order progresses, and there are no extra fees.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes, every order has a 14-day return policy. Choose a refund, an exchange or a gift card. For pre-orders a 10 % service fee applies to returns – waived when you choose a gift card.
