Our Process

When products arrive at our warehouse, our experts carefully inspect them to ensure their authenticity. Every detail – labels, seams, accessories, packaging, and even scent – is thoroughly examined.

Only products that pass this inspection move forward, so you can be sure that the product you receive is 100% authentic and flawless.

Sneak Verified

When products arrive at our warehouse, our team carefully inspects them before sending them to you. If the product meets our strict quality standards, we attach the Sneak Verified tag.

Each product receives one tag: for a pair of sneakers, the tag is attached to one of the shoes. This tag guarantees that the product has been inspected and shipped by our team. In the case of a return, it also ensures that the product you are returning is the same one we sent to you.

Note: Do not remove the tag until you are completely sure you will not return the product. If the tag is removed, your return request will be denied.

Sneak Verified

Kun tuotteet saapuvat varastollemme, asiantuntijamme käyvät ne tarkasti läpi varmistaakseen niiden aitouden. Jokainen yksityiskohta: etiketit, saumat, lisävarusteet, pakkaus ja jopa tuoksu, tutkitaan huolellisesti.

Vain tarkastuksen läpäisseet tuotteet pääsevät eteenpäin, jotta voit olla varma, että saamasi tuote on täysin aito ja virheetön. Jos tuote täyttää täydellisesti laatukriteerimme, lisäämme siihen Sneak Verified -tunnisteen.

Jokaiselle tuotteelle lisätään yksi tunniste: jos kyseessä on sneaker-pari, tunniste kiinnitetään toiseen kenkään. Tämä tunniste takaa, että tuote on tarkastettu ja lähetetty tiimimme toimesta.

Palautustilanteessa se myös varmistaa, että kyseessä on sama tuote, jonka olemme sinulle lähettäneet.

Huomio: Älä poista tunnistetta ennen kuin olet täysin varma, ettet aio palauttaa tuotetta. Mikäli tunniste on poistettu, palautuspyyntösi evätään.

Toimitus sinulle

Kun kaikki on kunnossa, tilauksesi pakataan huolellisesti ja lähetetään eteenpäin luotettavan kuriirin toimesta. Pakettisi toimitetaan sinulle tässä vaiheessa 48 tunnin sisällä.
