OVERVIEW
Welcome to Sneak! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sneak Oy (Business ID: 3372005-5). Sneak operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Sneak is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms below, together with any policies referred to here (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information about your rights and cover, among other things, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you consent to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, such as accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing products or services offered, you may be asked for certain information, such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide that information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We have done our best to make the information about our products and services in our online stores as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that the colours or appearance of products may differ from how they look on screen. This depends on the device you use to access the store and on your device's settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or match what is described or shown in the online store. Small differences in colour, material or detail compared with the product images are not grounds for a claim, as the appearance of products can vary between production batches and display settings.
Our products are authentic and unused. Every product is inspected before shipping, and nearly all products we send carry a Sneak Verification tag, which shows that the authenticity check has been carried out. The tag also lets us confirm that a returned item is the one we sent, so please keep it attached.
All product descriptions may be changed at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and we may limit the quantities of products offered to any person or in any region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product or service. Sneak reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Sneak confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Sneak may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, make changes to or cancel an order, we will try to notify you by contacting you at the email address, billing address or phone number provided at the time of the order.

Sneak Oy reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

• The market price of the product has risen significantly after the order was placed, and the order cannot be fulfilled without an unreasonable loss.
• The product is sold out and no longer available from our suppliers.
• The order contains a pricing or other technical error that has resulted in a clearly incorrect price.
• The order appears fraudulent or breaches these Terms of Service.
• The order appears to have been placed for resale rather than for personal use.

If an order is cancelled, the customer is refunded the full amount paid. Sneak Oy is not obliged to compensate any price difference, possible increase in value or other indirect damages resulting from the cancellation of an order.

Purchases can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice. A product or service is charged at the price in effect at the time of the order. The price is shown in the order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT but not shipping costs.
Discount codes cannot be added to an order afterwards or combined with other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
Prices shown in our online store may differ from prices in physical stores, online or in other third-party stores. We may from time to time run promotions on our Services that affect pricing and that may be governed by terms separate from these Terms. If the promotion terms and these Terms conflict, the promotion terms take precedence.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information whenever you make a purchase in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can process your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are authorised to use that payment information for the purchase, and (iii) you will pay the charges you incur, including the listed prices, shipping and handling charges and any applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 – PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are products that are not available directly from our warehouse. You can recognise pre-order products by the missing blue lightning bolt on the product page. When you place a pre-order, we find and order the product from our trusted supplier network, mainly in Europe and elsewhere in the world when needed, just for you.

Pre-orders typically take 5–15 business days. Items in very high demand or hard to source can take longer. We keep you updated on your pre-order's progress with automatic status updates.

A pre-order has the same 14-day right of withdrawal as any other order, and there is no cancellation or service fee. You can cancel a pre-order free of charge until we email you that your order is processing. Processing starts once we have confirmed the order with our supplier, and the order can no longer be cancelled after that, but you can return the product within 14 days of it arriving in accordance with our Refund Policy.

The delivery time is an estimate, and the product's availability cannot be guaranteed before the supplier confirms it. If the product cannot be found, we will let you know and refund the order if you wish.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship orders only within the European Union. All products in our warehouse are dispatched within 48 hours.

Estimated delivery times:

• Finland: usually 2 business days
• Other EU countries: usually 5 business days

All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, seasonal peaks or other events beyond our control. All shipments include a tracking number. It can take 1–3 business days after the order is processed for tracking to update.

When we hand the products over to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss pass to you. Sneak Oy is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit after they have been handed over to the carrier. Problems that arise during transport should primarily be reported to the carrier.

Separate orders cannot be combined afterwards. If you want all products in the same shipment, they must be ordered in the same order.

SECTION 7 – CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
You can cancel an in-stock order free of charge until packing has started. You can cancel a pre-order free of charge until we email you that your order is processing (see SECTION 5). Contact our customer service. After that the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it once it arrives in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and pictures and their design, selection and arrangement, are owned by Sneak Oy, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services, or create derivative works from it, without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of the Services may violate applicable intellectual property laws. Sneak Oy reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
Sneak's names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Sneak Oy or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use these trademarks without Sneak Oy's prior written permission.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
As part of the Services, you may be given access to customer tools provided by third parties, which we do not monitor and have no control over.
You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions and without any endorsement. We accept no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided and maintained by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites. If you choose to leave the Services to use these materials or third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the use of third-party websites or the purchase or use of products, services, resources or content on third-party websites.

SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Sneak uses Shopify's services to provide the Services to you. For all purchases you make in our store, however, the other party is Sneak Oy directly. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and Sneak, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Sneak Oy.

SECTION 12 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

SECTION 13 – FEEDBACK
If you submit, upload, post or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews or other content (together, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback in any form and for any purpose, including commercial use.
You represent and warrant that (i) you own the Feedback or have all necessary rights to it, and that (ii) your Feedback complies with these Terms. We have no obligation to (1) keep your Feedback confidential, (2) pay compensation for your Feedback or (3) respond to your Feedback.

SECTION 14 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
The Services may occasionally contain information with typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to, for example, product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and, if any information is inaccurate, to change or update the information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice (including after you have placed an order).

SECTION 15 – PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services, directly or indirectly, (a) for any unlawful or harmful purpose, (b) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws or ordinances, (c) to infringe our or others' intellectual property rights, (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander or intimidate our employees or any other person, (e) to transmit false or misleading information, (f) to send material that violates these Terms, (g) to transmit advertising or promotional material, including spam, chain letters and junk content, (h) to impersonate any other person or entity, or (i) to do anything else that restricts or prevents anyone from using the Services or that, in our view, may harm Sneak Oy or users of the Services.
You further agree not to (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code, (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or misuse any part of the Services, (c) collect or track the personal information of others, or (d) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable or terminate your account at any time without separate notice if we find that you have breached any part of these Terms.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part of them) at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice, in which case you remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other terms that by their nature should survive.

SECTION 17 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information presented on or through the Services is made available for general information purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on this information is entirely at your own risk.
UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED BY SNEAK OY, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT, REPRESENT OR PROMISE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

SECTION 18 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNEAK OY, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SUBCONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, CLAIMS OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR OF ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

SECTION 19 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sneak Oy and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your (1) breach of these Terms of Service, (2) violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) use of the Services in breach of these terms.

SECTION 20 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 21 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules we have posted on this site or in connection with the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications or proposals, oral or written, between you and us.

SECTION 22 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not delegate, transfer or assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign or delegate these Terms and our rights or obligations without consent and without notifying you.

SECTION 23 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation. If no settlement is reached, disputes are resolved in the general courts of Finland. A consumer always has the right to bring the matter before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta).

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check the website regularly for changes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
