Pre-Order and Pre-Order Terms:
All products that are not available directly from our stock are available for pre-order.
When you place a pre-order, we search for and order the shoes from our trusted European-wide supplier network – just for you. There are no hidden costs in the shipping, so you can shop with peace of mind.
The average delivery time for pre-orders is 5-15 business days. A 10% return fee applies to pre-order returns.
However, you can choose to receive the refund as store credit, which you can use in our online store. In this case, the 10% return fee will not be charged.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once we have located the shoes you ordered.
Payment Service Provider:
The payment intermediary and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. For complaint cases, please contact the product supplier directly.
