Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within the European Union only.

Every item in our own warehouse is dispatched with fast 48-hour handling — we know how exciting it is to wait for something new. Every order is packed with care so that your experience is as good as it can be.

Delivery times

  • Finland, the Baltics, Denmark: usually 1–3 working days
  • Central Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Poland, Czechia): usually 1–4 working days
  • Southern and Eastern Europe: usually 1–6 working days

Islands and remote areas take longer — for Saaremaa, for example, the carrier quotes around 5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary in exceptional situations due to the carrier, the season or other circumstances beyond our control. Every shipment includes a tracking number. Tracking can take 1–3 working days to start updating after your order has been processed. If tracking has not updated within that time, please contact our customer service.

The first price applies to orders under €170, the second to orders over €170.
* Islands and remote areas carry a surcharge — the exact price is shown at checkout.

Minimum order value

  • In Finland there is no minimum order value.
  • In Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania pickup-point delivery has no minimum. Home delivery requires an order of at least €20.
  • In all other EU countries the minimum order value is €20.

If your order falls below the minimum, no delivery method is offered at checkout. This is deliberate: on a small order the cost of carriage would exceed the value of the goods.

Pre-orders

Products without the blue lightning bolt are pre-order items that we source just for you from our suppliers, mainly in Europe and elsewhere in the world when needed. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days. Items in very high demand or hard to source can take longer. You get an email at every step of your order.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an in-stock order free of charge until packing has started. You can cancel a pre-order free of charge until we email you that your order is processing. Contact our customer service (contact@sneak.fi). After that the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it once it arrives under the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Combining orders

Separate orders can't be combined afterwards. If you want all items in the same shipment, order them in the same order.

Uncollected parcels

An uncollected parcel without separate notice is not a return. Uncollected parcels incur a €10 handling fee in addition to the return costs.

When an uncollected parcel comes back to us, you have 7 days to ask for it to be resent at your own cost. If you don't ask within 7 days, the order is automatically handled as a return.

UPS/DHL deliveries from our separate warehouse can't be resent. Uncollected UPS/DHL shipments are automatically charged a €15 handling fee to cover the higher return and handling costs. This delivery method is shown at checkout as "UPS/DHL".

Returns, exchanges and claims

Return costs, refunds, exchanges and claims are described in our refund policy. Returns and exchanges are made at sneak.fi/pages/palautus.

These terms don't limit your rights under consumer protection law. The terms in force at the time of your order apply.
