How a return works

  1. Pick your items

    Sign in, choose the order and the items, and say whether you want your money back or an exchange. Giving a reason is optional.

  2. Get your return label instantly

    Your return label is ready as soon as the return is made. Print it, pack the items and drop off the parcel.

  3. Money or exchange after our check

    Nothing is charged up front. Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund your original payment method or send your exchange.

Every item shows its last return date – 14 days from when that item was delivered.

What a return costs

The price depends on the country you return from. Nothing is paid up front.

Your country: Finland 9,90 €Islands: 41,90 €

You pay the return shipping, which is deducted from your refund. If you keep part of an order that shipped free and what you keep is under €170, we also deduct the normal shipping price for it. You'll find the prices in our refund policy.

Good to know

  • 14-day right of withdrawal

    Every product comes with a 14-day right of withdrawal, with no cancellation or service fees.

  • Pre-orders

    We source the item just for you. You can cancel free of charge until we email you that the order is processing. After that, you can return it once it arrives. If pre-orders are cancelled or returned repeatedly, we may need to limit new pre-orders.

  • Refunds

    To your original payment method within 14 days of your notice, once the return has reached us. If you return the whole order, we also refund shipping up to the price of our cheapest option.

  • Condition and packaging

    Try the item on as you would in a shop. Return it in its original packaging with all accessories. Missing or damaged packaging, signs of wear or an opened sealed collectible reduce the refund by the loss in value.

  • Sneak Verification tag

    It lets us confirm that the item returned is the one we sent. Please keep it attached.

  • Exchanges

    Shipping is charged in both directions.

  • Free gifts

    The free gift is yours to keep, even if you return your order. You don't need to send it back, and its value is never deducted from your refund.

  • Klarna

    Don't report an exchange to Klarna, as it isn't a refund.
