Cancelling and returning a pre-order
A pre-order has the same 14-day right of withdrawal as every other order. There is no cancellation or service fee.
A pre-order is sourced from our supplier just for you. You can cancel free of charge until we email you that it is processing. Processing starts once we've confirmed the order with our supplier, and the order can't be cancelled after that. You can still return the item within 14 days of it arriving. You pay the return shipping.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
Please only order what you plan to keep – our customer service is happy to help with sizing first. If pre-orders are cancelled or returned repeatedly, we may need to limit new pre-orders.
